Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Hooksterr, operated by Hooksterr. We want you to be happy with the service, so we keep refunds simple and fair.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, provided that your usage on the paid plan has not materially exceeded what the free plan already offers (for example, you have not consumed paid-tier request volume well beyond the free limits).

Because Hooksterr is privacy-first and does not store the content of your webhook payloads or keep detailed activity logs, eligibility is assessed using only the aggregate request counters tied to your account. If those counters show the paid capacity was not meaningfully used during the period, you qualify for a full refund.

How refunds are issued

  • Card / wallet / PayPal payments (processed by Paddle) are refunded to the original payment method. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
  • Cryptocurrency payments (processed by NOWPayments) are refunded in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Network fees and exchange-rate fluctuations between payment and refund are not covered.

What is not refundable

  • Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
  • Renewals where the paid capacity was actively used during the billing period.
  • Custom / enterprise arrangements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund — request one using the steps below if you are within the eligibility window.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your plan and approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly.
